provide the Credit Bureau via fax with complete consumer identifying
information (i.e. complete name, social security number, address)
and the acceptable documentation to update the trade line. Examples
of acceptable documentation includes:
· Creditor
letters
· Properly recorded public records
· Other written correspondence with contact name.
All documents
must be readable after fax transmissions. Our staff will notify
you if the documents are not readable or acceptable.
Once we have verified that the file maintenance has been made
on the credit file we will notify you via fax or e-mail that
you may re-access the bureau data.
